This message does not play a direct role as a reason for your punishment. Also, these messages should not be interpreted as BE looking at files in your device that are unrelated to the game. If a file is blocked, this means that the game is trying to load them, which is why BE is controlling them. If these messages do not cause any problems in your game, you can ignore them. BE's protection is quite strict, which may cause it to block certain files that are not necessary to play and may be considered objectionable. In this case, you don't have to worry about bad results such as banning.
Note: Recently, we get a large number of reports that the files named "p [number] am.sys" (eg .s C: \ Users \ [username] \ AppData \ Local \ Temp \ bk3729.tmp \ p1481728805am.sys eg) are blocked in the Temp directory. This is often due to new / updated malware that uses a file blocked by BE. If you encounter the same situation, please be sure to install the appropriate anti-malware software such as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and scan your system to remove the malware and restart the device.
Also, please control the below given solutions list:
Make sure that the BEService.exe file in your BE Service directory (usually "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ BattlEye") is not blocked by your firewall in any way.
Make sure that there are no d3d9.dll, dxgi.dll, or dsound.dll files in your game directory. If so, please remove / rename.
Make sure you have a legitimate copy of Windows. The pirate copy may not be supported by the latest BE version.
Check that the file permissions for your game directory are corrupted: Right-click on your game directory (in Windows Explorer), select "Properties" and go to the "Security" tab. Select the "SYSTEM" entry in the group / user list and check if it has full access. Otherwise, click "Edit ..." and give full access to the "SYSTEM" user.
The root certificates of your system may be corrupted / corrupted. To fix them, download and install the following update from Microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2813430.
Check your system files for corruption and repair them by following these guidelines: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833 ve http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821.
Scan your system with up-to-date anti-virus and anti-malware software. Malicious software that modifies system or game files can cause such problems when BE is enabled.
Searching the name of a blocked file on the Web can help you find out what caused the file to be blocked.
Sometimes BE can block malware / ad / PUP files and this can cause problems such as not finding or connecting to in-game servers, you can use Anti-Malware software to remove such software from your system.
Make sure that the system does not use any tweaked / custom version of files (including DirectX).
Reinstall DirectX, see the following page for details: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/179113.
If you are sure that BE has blocked legitimate files and caused problems with the game (such as not finding the servers), please contact us directly.
Note: Above-mentioned procedures are one of the solution methods, PlayZula is not responsible for the problems those may occur during the application and not in the recommendation category and the user has taken full responsibility for implementing these transactions.
